Since moving to London almost two years ago my skin has yet to fully adjust to the hard water. The water here is the worst I have encountered and strips my skin of moisture. I have tried to counteract this by bathing and showering with warm water, but in the winter I can't help but overindulge in sauna-like showers.
To combat the highly chlorinated water and improve my skin I have started a facial regimen using Dr. Hauschka Daily Face Care Kit. I've learned from past experiences that results will appear overtime and not 30 seconds after use. I've been using it for two weeks now and have been more conscious about sleeping on my back at night. This prevents premature wrinkles and oils (from your hair) on your pillows from blocking pores, or so I've read. This is a little awkward but so far so good.
I don't wear any make-up and have always thought healthy skincare works best for me. There's nothing worse than seeing beautiful women who suffocate their skin with make-up day in and day out. I think for some it might be a security blanket. Almost like you become so used to seeing yourself with make-up that you can't bear the thought of being without it.
I would like to know what skincare regimen you follow and what products you can't do without.
Update: This product didn't meet my expectation. After a four-week trial period it has failed miserably. It actually made my skin worse. So unfortunately this isn't the product range for me.

It's good to find someone who also believes Dr Hauschka to be great products. I started of using the rose day cream many years ago as I have sensitive skin but now I use the Regenerating Serum and Regenerating Cream which they introduced only last year and I have found, with my mature skin, that the improvement is great. I do use the Cleansing Milk and the Cleansing Cream every day but the Regenerating products are what I need now for my skin. These naturald products are the way to go...
